The call for ATP applications was released on April 15. Visit the Caltrans ATP Cycle Website for the links to the application, guidelines and instructions. The application is due by June 15, 2016. Applicants should read Section 22.5 "Eligible Projects" and 22.6 "Ineligible Projects" of the newly released Local Assistance ATP Program Guidelines prior to starting work on an ATP application.
