Metro rail lines can only be used with a TAP card, and TAP cards may be purchased at Metro rail stops for $1. The Courtyard Long Beach Downtown is located 6 miles SW of LGB. The hotel does not provide shuttle service to the airport. Route 111 can be boarded at the Airport and the closest stop to the Summit hotel is East First Street and Linden Avenue.

Ground Transportation Options To / From LAX
The Courtyard Long Beach Downtown is located 23 miles SW of LAX. The hotel does not provide shuttle service to the airport. The estimated cost of a Super Shuttle (800-730-9267) is $17 one way and the estimated taxi fare is $65 one way. The Courtyard can also be accessed via public transit from the airport by taking the free Lot G Shuttle from LAX to Aviation Station on the Metro Green Line. Once on the Metro Green Line, take the Green Line towards Norwalk and transfer to the Metro Blue Line at the Willowbrook/Rosa Parks Station. Take the Blue Line towards Long Beach and exit at the 1st Street stop to access the Courtyard Long Beach Downtown. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the 1st Street Stop.

Metered parking and variable rate parking lots are located throughout the downtown area.
