San Joaquin Bike Festival: September 26 at UOP

  (10am for morning bike rides; festival starts at 11am)

Come join the San Joaquin Bike Festival on Saturday, September 26 at the University of Pacific to celebrate all things cycling. The event is free and all proceeds will go to the Stockton Emergency Food Bank and the San Joaquin Bike Coalition. In addition to featured activities include three morning bike rides, there will also be a children zone area with kid-friendly activities and workshops on safe biking.

Bike Routes:

  • First route (6.3 miles): Explore the charming university and midtown neighborhoods to the waterfront. The ride continues through downtown for a tour of the city’s historic buildings before looping back towards UOP.  
  • Second route (9.3 miles): A casual ride down the Calaveras River Bike path. Enjoy an easy ride along the water to Buckley Cove Park before heading back to the festival. 
  • Third route: North Stockton ride, which will take cyclists through the safest streets for getting to and from the central and northern parts of the city.
