Intelligent Speed Assistance in Practice: Pilots, Plans, and Funding Pathways

Thursday, February 19, 2026 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. PT

Webinar description:

Intelligent Speed Assistance (ISA) is gaining attention as a powerful tool to prevent speed-related crashes – but many public agencies and advocates are still wondering what it takes to move from concept to actual implementation and real road safety results.

This one-hour webinar will equip public agency staff, safety professionals, and advocates with clear, actionable pathways to benefit from ISA in their communities. Participants will learn how to incorporate ISA into Vision Zero city plans and strategies using model policy language; design and launch government-led ISA pilot programs with aftermarket technology; and position ISA as an eligible and compelling strategy within the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) program – with a focus on pilots and accessing demonstration grants. Join us to get your questions answered and learn ways to fund this road safety tool in your community.
