23rd Annual National Bike Summit
March 27 - March 30, 2021 | Online and Washington, DC

Registration is now open for the League of American Bicyclists' 2022 National Bike Summit! This year's theme is "Choosing our Future" and the event will be held both online and in-person in Washington, DC. For those interested in attending in-person, full COVID vaccination and proof are required alongside other safety precautions. This year’s summit will include a variety of offerings, including keynote presentations, plenaries, bike rides, networking events, sessions, and more. You can view each day’s agenda on the League’s website.

Recognizing the past year allowed individuals and institutions the opportunity to implement transformational programs and projects, the League recognizes that there are many choices ahead for the bike world on how to shape the future for the next generation, from climate change to racial equity. To make sure these projects and programs reach their full potential, the Summit hopes to grapple with conversations on how we can successfully engage with new partners, uplift underserved communities, and make sure we build networks on the ground and among movements.

Summit Topics include:

  • Building a Regional Trail Coalition
  • Promoting Safety and Equity through State and Local Policy
  • Getting Small Projects in the Ground Quicker
  • Mobility Access: Are We Including Everyone?
  • Integrating Health Equity into Transportation Planning and Projects
  • Decriminalizing Walking and Bicycling in Kansas City
  • And more!
