The newly released City of Pasadena 2015 Bicycle Transportation Action Plan outlines educational, engagement, enforcement, evaluation, and funding strategies designed to increase bicyclist safety and create a more bike-friendly community in Pasadena. The plan provides details for a network of bikeways so that every neighborhood is within 1/4 mile of an effective bicycling route. It calls for the installation of the buffered lanes, cycle tracks, and bike boulevards along 10 corridors.
