The following spreadsheet is an inventory of Pedestrian Plans, Bicycle Plans, Active Transportation Plans, and Regional Transportation Plans / Sustainable Communities Strategies for all 58 California counties. The list extends to unofficial jurisdictions in the form of Council of Governments and Caltrans Districts that have region wide Master Plans. Explore all Master Plans by County here.
